Resistance to Chloramphenicol

DNA sequence to produce Chloramphenicol resistance . On BioBrick plasmid backbone pSB1C3 this gene is on the complementary strand. This outputs the sequence is as read on the primary strand of the plasmig (DNAp) and as read 5'to3' on the gene (ie the complementary strand of the plasmid) (DNAg).
