Image Sampler
Samples a bitmap image created with the ShapeDiver image input component or Squid.
Inputs

| Coordinates | C | Pixel coordinates in X (width) and Y (height) direction | Point |
| Domain | D | Domain to use for sampling the image, defaults to [1,pixel width] x [1,pixel height] of the image. Set this to [0,1] x [0,1] if you want to use coordinates between 0 and 1. | Domain² |
