Config - Syringe M Codes
This configures the M Codes for pneumatically controlling a syringe. Minumum requirements are:
1) the syring number starting a 0 and going up for multiple syringe printers
2) the M Code for intiating print pressure
2) the M Code for ceasing print pressure
