Retrieve a text file and return individual lines at a given frame rate.

| Frame Rate | F | Frame rate(s) in milliseconds to the return each value from the file. Currently the smallest frame rate allowed is 25ms. This input will accept a list of values which will correspond to different output rates. | Integer |
