Mirror Cut Transforms
Cut a set of transforms at an index, mirror the kept side of the cut across the index, and combine it with the kept side.
Inputs

| Mirror Index | Mi | Index that the kept side of the transform set cut gets mirrored across. Negative index reverses the mirror set and removes from the top. | Integer |

| Join | J | Join the mirror cut transform set (removes the duplicate transform in the middle of the set) | Boolean |
