Create an untrimmed lofted surface through a set of section curves or surfaces which doesn't split into a polysurface(Brep) at kinks.

UnsplitUResulting untrimmed single unsplit lofted surface When you bake this surface into Rhino it will become a usual polysurface(Brep) which is split at its kinks if it has kinks, unless you first run the command CreaseSplitting in Rhino's command line and turn it off by switching it to No. If this surface has kinks you can turn it into a polysurface(Brep) using Pufferfish's Split Kinky Surface component.Surface
